Dominic Kent is the Founder, CEO, and Lead Marketer at UC Marketing. After spending 10+ years provisioning, project managing, and running consultancy projects in the Unified Comms, Collaboration, and Contact Centre space, he saw a chasm in the marketing offerings of the providers he was working with.
In 2018, Dominic became a freelance content marketer working with clients like RingCentral, Mio, and Modality Systems where he had so much work he didn’t take a day off.
Through a gap in the market, increasing demand, and a passion for delivering an easier route to market for Unified Comms vendors (and delivering a content experience 100x better than the current), Dominic has founded the first-ever content marketing agency solely focussed on Unified Comms, Collaboration, and Contact Centre.

Harriet is a print designer and illustrator by trade and it really shows when it comes to graphic design for blog images and infographics.
Harriet is naturally drawn to bright florals, textures, and slightly abstracted styles. She has a love for English country home textiles, painterly fashion prints and colourful packaging & stationery.
Outside of pattern design and illustration in fashion and homeware, Harriet’s B2B graphic design portfolio includes Microsoft, Cisco, Slack, Salesforce, RingCentral, Google, Workplace from Facebook, Mio, and Zoom.

Joe has spent the last 10 years working between marketing agencies and freelance projects.
